THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER PLACING THE ORDER "YOU" AND SELECTLAYOUTS.COM, A CYBERWORX INC. SUBSIDIARY. BY PURCHASING YOU INDICATE THAT YOU AGREE WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND YOU ARE LEGALLY BINDED TO THE TERMS. IF YOU REPRESENT ANY INSTITUTION OR COMPANY OTHER THAN YOUR SELF, THIS AGREEMENT EXTENDS TO THE INSTITUTION OR COMPANY YOU REPRESENT.

1. SelectLayouts.com licenses you the right to download and use the templates sold on the website "as is" , without any customization. The templates are not exclusive and cannot be re-sold. They can be used by you, or redistributed to your clients once you have customized them. You can send the templates to a third party, if you are hiring a designer to customize the templates on your behalf.
   
   
2. The templates are intended to be used in print, but you can also transmit by fax and email. Transmitted templates that reach your customers must be customized with your information and in an un-editable format.
   
   
3. You cannot distribute the customizable templates for free or for a fee, and you cannot post them on websites that engage in file sharing activities.
   
   
4. The design remains at all times property of SelectLayouts.com. You reserve the right to the copyright of the text or any other elements you incorporate that SelectLayouts.com did not sell to you. You are also responsible to preserve the copyrighted property of SelectLayouts.com. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
   
   
5. Please note our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. SelectLayouts.com warrants that the files submitted are free from any defects and the company’s liability is limited to the cost of the template. You agree that SelectLayouts.com will not be held responsible or liable for any damages, losses or costs caused during file transmission, printing, or any other time. In the case that SelectLayouts.com is liable to you or your company in anyway; the liability is limited to the amount of your invoice. In no event shall SelectLayouts.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use products downloaded from SelectLayouts.com.
   
   
6. Due to the digital nature of our products we have a no refund policy, therefore all sales are final. Templates are no returnable because they can be easily copied. Rest assured that we take every measure to make sure our customers are satisfied with their orders.
   
   
7. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the SelectLayouts.com website and service is done at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. The templates shall not be used for activities with sexual, violent, or any illegal contents.
   
   SelectLayouts.com reserves the right to change and/or modify these terms with no prior notice.
